All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium refreshments and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead ensures better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are considered unsafe by our captain, we will propose rescheduling your charter for the next available slot or provide a full refund. We keep a close eye on weather forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours prior to departure if conditions seem unsuitable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide top-notch catering services and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are fully refunded. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours prior to departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, except when cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical difficulties caused by us.
