  • Deposit: Required payment of 50% of the total cost of the charter at the time of reservation
  • Balance: The remaining amount is payable 48 hours preceding the charter's departure
  • Additional fees (if applicable): Payable after the charter service is concluded

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments can be made using widely accepted credit cards, wire transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are securely processed with encryption.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure, you will receive a full refund minus any processing charges.
  • Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before departure will qualify for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure.

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the weather be considered unsafe for sailing by our captain, two options will be available:
